To ensure your design receives the precision it deserves, orders are processed per symbol, not per letter.
Single Symbol: Multiple names or words can be intertwined into one overlapping design.
Multiple Symbols: If you require separate, individual designs (e.g., two distinct name logos), please select the appropriate symbol count when ordering.

DELIVERY & EDITS
- Standard design time: 5 business days
- 24-hour express option available
- Final design emailed to your nominated address (check junk mail)
- Mark-ups and minor edits are available
- New designs with different letters or words are not included
- No extra symbols (e.g. hearts)
- Shape and intricacy depend on letter choice and length
- Refunds not available for errors submitted in the order form

Yes, uppercase and lowercase options are available. However, due to the unique design process for each version, they would need to be ordered separately by adding each to your cart individually or placing multiple orders.
