Order processing times. After an order is placed, it can take up to 2 weeks for your product to be designed and created to be shipped.
Domestic and international shipping options. We ship domestically through Australia and also world wide Internationally
Shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location
Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations. Returns are not available as shipped products are engraved and therefore made custom for you. You will be sent your design prior to your piece being created so therefore you should be comfortable with your piece prior to receiving it.
Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control we will do our best to keep you informed.
