I had seen the design on your IG account and went to the website to buy it rather than screenshot it and just draw it myself, I was expecting for the always and forever I had seen on IG which was one symbol but the one I got was 3. I wrote to you on IG but never heard back and that is why this review is just not 5 stars. I love the designs and ideas but when I was trying to see if my mistake could be fixed, I got no response... very disappointed.
