2. The Refinement: We spend up to 1 week creating and perfecting your unique symbols. You will receive a digital proof to confirm the final design before we move to production.

3. The Craft: Our master jewelers hand-cut and buff your pendant to a mirror finish. This process takes 2–3 weeks of meticulous work.

4. The Delivery: Shipped with care from Australia. You will receive an exact ETA and tracking once your bespoke piece is ready.
